Users MUST follow Discord ToS. Usage of "say" command for spamming, or any such activity that violates discord tos isnt allowed at any cost!
Users found to be violating the ToS will be BLACKLISTED from using the Bot and will also be reported to discord. There are possibilities of the server being blacklisted too!
